This triathlon is one of over 50 points series races held in the United States. Competitors earn points based on their finishing place. Racers use these points to vie for the title of XTERRA Regional Champion thus qualifying for the XTERRA USA Championship held in Utah at the end of the 2010 season.

- Distances: 50 yard swim, 2 mile mountain bike, 1 mile run
- Low cost camping will be available at Maple St Recreation Center which is 4.5 miles from the Race site. Go to area info. for more information.

This race course starts with a one lap swim in the clear waters of Indian Brook Reservoir. All racers then head out on a two lap mountain biking course that starts with a climb bringing racers up to Overlook Point with fantastic views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. The trails are mostly single track and with some technical sections and include challenging rocky terrain, steep climbs and several fun and fast descents. Racers head back to the transition area before heading out onto the run. The run will be two laps around Indian Brook reservoir on a rocky jeep track. This course will challenge and excite both the Newbie’s and Seasoned Vets alike!
